Amanda started exhibiting her work in 2007 at the Dublin Fringe Festival, selling landscapes and seascapes and she has exhibited successfully every year since then including seven solo exhibitions. Throughout these years her work has progressed and evolved steadily, and in the last couple of years she has turned her attention towards the techniques of the old masters. Her Still Life work is highly skilled and shows impeccable attention to detail, with harmonious compositions and beautifully executed tonal gradation.
Her paintings have been selected for numerous open submissions, including The Dublin Painting and Sketching Club, and she has recently been accepted into The International Guild of Realism in the USA. Her paintings are highly collectable and can be found in many private collections around the world.
Originally from Dublin, Amanda now lives on the Laois, Carlow border with her husband and three children.
